The topic of "Photo Collecting" is somewhat lost in the previous idea, however, and I feel that it would be visually very interesting to use this idea. I thought that this woman could instead be obsessed with the idea of children, as I'd previously thought that she could have had a miscarriage/unable to have children in her earlier life, which would provide a reason as to why she is obsessed with collecting photographs of her "family".
I also toyed with the idea of her losing her family and all of her photographic memories of them in a house fire, but I felt that the previous ideas were more realistic. I thought that to progress this story line, maybe the woman could have a young female cleaner who brings her child to work with her sometimes; the late-middle-aged photo collector could become obsessed with this child. She could continually ask questions about the child and be upset when the cleaner doesn't bring her to work. She could do activities with the child that a grandmother would usually do with a grandchild, such as arts and crafts, baking etc. which would potentially instigate some aesthetically appealing imagery.
I have previously watched a film "One Hour Photo" about a man who works in a photo-printing shop, and who becomes obsessed with one family when looking at the photo's they need printing.

It is very dark and sinister, and I am not entirely sure that is what we want this film to become, if we do go with this idea.
The others had not any definite narrative ideas of their own as of yet and so we decided we will keep thinking of either an ending to this idea or a new idea, and will meet up again to discuss further.
